Applicants must be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents, be diagnosed with AS, CD, HS, JIA, Ps, PsA, RA, UC, or UV by a healthcare professional, and be enrolling in full-time undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited U.S. two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school.
