Overview of the LIFE Lessons Scholarship Program

There is no GPA requirement for this scholarship.

Eligible Grade Levels:

College Freshman,College Junior,College Senior,College Sophomore,High School Senior

Eligible Majors:

There’s no specific major requirement other than what’s noted in the Eligibility section below, and any additional requirements found on the Scholarship provider page.


Applicants need to be a high school senior or college student who is a legal resident of the United States between the ages of 17 and 24 and is currently enrolled in, or has been accepted to a college, university, or trade school. Applicants need to have experience the death of a parent or legal guardian. A 500-word essay or three-minute video describing how the loss of the parent/guardian has affected them emotionally and financially is required.
