Overview of the HPFY Disability Scholarship

College Freshman,College Junior,College Senior,College Sophomore,High School Senior

Eligible Majors:

There’s no specific major requirement other than what’s noted in the Eligibility section below, and any additional requirements found on the Scholarship provider page.


Applicants need to be a current high school senior or college student in the United States. Applicants need to have a documented disability. Applicants will submit a 500-word essay describing personal trials and triumphs in life related to their disability and how that has made them who they are today. Applications are submitted via email and must include: name, address, phone, date of birth, transcript, documentation of disability, supporting documents or letters of recommendations from teachers, mentors or advisers, and the essay.
