Be clear in the job description \u2013<\/span> Spell out everything that is expected so students are clear about the commitment.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Provide training \u2013<\/span> Create training materials for the student volunteers and spend some time at the beginning of the program to get them set.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Limit the hours \u2013 <\/b>Please remember that students already have the significant time commitments of being a student.
