Pricing holds steady at $0.75 per million input tokens and $3.75 per million output tokens through the end of 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gemini 3.8 Flash Cyber is built on the same core but tuned specifically for vulnerability discovery and automated patching, with looser safety filters calibrated for defensive security work. On CWE-Bench, an external automated patching benchmark run by Collinear, 3.8 Flash Cyber posts a pass@1 score of 47.2% \u2014 within a fraction of a leading frontier model&#8217;s 47.8%, at significantly lower cost. On an internal Google benchmark covering 20 programming languages, the model exceeds a 70% success rate in autonomous vulnerability discovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The real-world numbers are striking. Google&#8217;s Chrome Security team reports that 3.8 Flash Cyber generated 2.6 times more correct patches to Chrome vulnerabilities than the best larger commercial models. Google&#8217;s argument is that a Flash-tier model can approach comparable benchmark territory at a fraction of that cost.
