Yes ladies and gentlemen, you heard correctly, free stuff! Mark your calendars because I am about to give you the run down on all the\u00a0days you can get free stuff!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Marketing stunt or not, I’m not complaining because who doesn’t love free stuff?<\/p>\n

\u279b January<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Third Monday of January):\u00a0<\/strong>At\u00a0National Parks and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, admission is free!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u279b February<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

National bagel day AND National pizza day<\/strong> (February 9):\u00a0<\/strong>Free bagels and pizza, it’s the best of both worlds!\u00a0#wow<\/span><\/p>\n

Valentine’s Day (February 14):\u00a0<\/strong> Many participating stores offer buy-one, get one-free type deals, so check out your local stores. For example, Shake Shack gave a free milkshake to your date if you bought one.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u279b March<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

IHOP National Pancake Day (Early March):\u00a0<\/strong>Each customer can get a short stack of regular buttermilk pancakes for free. IHOP does this in the hopes that customers will make donations to charity upon arrival at each IHOP location.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pi Day<\/a><\/span> (March 14):<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Many\u00a0bakeries and pizzerias offer\u00a0various creative (& some nerdy) Pi Day freebies\u00a0& deals!<\/span><\/p>\n

Free Cone Day at Dairy Queen (Mid March):\u00a0<\/strong>One free small vanilla cone per customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

First Day of Spring (March 20<\/strong>):\u00a0<\/strong>To celebrate the coming spring season, Rita’s gives out free Italian Ices all day long!<\/span><\/p>\n

Ben & Jerry’s Free Cone Day (Mid April):\u00a0<\/strong>They don’t skimp out on the servings here let me tell you that… take full advantage of this day if you have a Ben & Jerry’s near you!<\/span><\/p>\n

Wawa Day (Mid April):\u00a0<\/strong>Unfortunately I never discovered this heavenly placed called Wawa until college, but now that I know they give out free coffee on Wawa Day, I’m there!<\/span><\/p>\n

Tax Day<\/a><\/span> (April 17):<\/span><\/strong> Filing taxes can be stressful and annoying, but Tax Day is another day for\u00a0freebies!<\/span><\/p>\n

Earth Day (April 22):\u00a0<\/strong>Companies like Target, Whole Foods, and Best Buy give out free samples of sustainable products + they offer\u00a0other discounts!<\/span><\/p>\n

National Parks Day (Late April)<\/strong>: Free entrance to\u00a0National Parks on this day! If we’re lucky, it\u00a0will happen for an entire week (as it did this year)!<\/span><\/p>\n

Free Cone Day at Carvel (Late April):\u00a0<\/strong>Get a free ice cream cone between the hours of 3pm and 8pm.<\/span><\/p>\n

National Pretzel Day (April 26):\u00a0<\/strong>Get free pretzels at Auntie Anne’s, Wetzel’s Pretzels, Pretzelmaker, and other participating locations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Super Hero Day (April 28):\u00a0<\/strong>Krispy Kreme uses this day to honor the everyday heroes in our lives by giving out a free dozen donuts when you purchase a dozen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Free Comic Book Day (First Saturday in May):\u00a0<\/strong>Comic book shops give out free comic books on this day!<\/span><\/p>\n

Free Cone Day at Haagen-Dazs (Early May):\u00a0<\/strong>Pretty self explanatory – free ice cream yay \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n

National Public Gardens Day (Friday Before Mother’s Day):\u00a0<\/strong>Admission to public gardens is waived.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mother’s Day (Second Sunday of May):<\/strong> Mothers are always treated to free food!<\/span><\/p>\n

National Burger Day (May 28):\u00a0<\/strong>Participating restaurants will offer deals or freebies – check your local stores.<\/span><\/p>\n

Memorial Day (May 29): <\/strong>If you have a military ID, you and your family can get free food or free admission into parks, zoos, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u279b June<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

National Donut Day (First Friday in June):\u00a0<\/strong>Free donuts from places like Krispy Kreme, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Entenmann’s.<\/span><\/p>\n

Free Fishing Days (First Weekend of June): <\/strong>You can fish in public bodies of water without a permit or a fee (in some states).<\/span><\/p>\n

National Iced Tea Day (June 10):\u00a0<\/strong>Places like Starbucks and Wendy’s give out free Iced Teas. The perfect way to beat the summer heat!<\/span><\/p>\n

Father’s Day (Second Sunday in June):\u00a0<\/strong>Fathers get free food and free admission to aquariums, museums, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

National Flip Flop Day (Third Friday in June):\u00a0<\/strong>Tropical Smoothie Caf\u00e9 gives out free smoothies to anyone that comes in wearing flip flops. They also collect donations throughout the day to support Camp Sunshine<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u279b July\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

7-Eleven Day (July 11):\u00a0<\/strong>7-Eleven gives out free Slurpee’s because it’s 7\/11!<\/span><\/p>\n

National Hot Dog Day (Third Wednesday in July):\u00a0<\/strong>$1 or less deals on hot dogs!<\/span><\/p>\n

National Ice Cream Day (Third Sunday in July):\u00a0<\/strong>It doesn’t fall on a “Sundae” coincidentally… Participating ice cream stores will give out freebies and deals ;]<\/span><\/p>\n

National Rootbeer Float Day (August 6):\u00a0<\/strong>Each customer at A&W gets a free Rootbeer Float.<\/span><\/p>\n

National Bowling Day (Second Saturday in August):\u00a0<\/strong>Bowling Alley’s offer free items and discounts.<\/span><\/p>\n

National Parks Birthday (August 25):\u00a0<\/strong>This year we are celebrating National Park’s 100 year birthday so all fees are waived from August 25-28.<\/span><\/p>\n

National Cheeseburger Day (September 18): <\/strong>Literally giving away free cheeseburgers!<\/span><\/p>\n

Talk Like A Pirate Day (September 19):\u00a0<\/strong>Krispy Kreme’s and Long John Silver’s give out free food\u00a0to anyone that talks like a pirate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Museum Day Live (Late September):\u00a0<\/strong>You can thank Smithsonian Magazine for sponsoring this day\u00a0–\u00a0free admission into participating museums!<\/span><\/p>\n

National Public Land Day (Late September):\u00a0<\/strong>Another day where admission into National Parks is free, wow!<\/span><\/p>\n

National Coffee Day (September 29):\u00a0<\/strong>Participating coffee shops will give out free coffee. Thank goodness this falls on a school day because I am going to need that\u00a0free\u00a0coffee desperately!<\/span><\/p>\n

Halloween (October 31):\u00a0<\/strong>These deals are usually for the kids, but you never know! Free kids meals and candy, it can’t hurt to try to get some free\u00a0food.<\/span><\/p>\n

Veterans Day (November 11):\u00a0<\/strong>free food, haircuts, admissions into parks, etc. if you show your military ID.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u279b December<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

Free Shipping Day (December 18):\u00a0<\/strong>There is no minimum purchase amount required on this day! As well as free shipping, online stores may offer other discounts too.<\/span><\/p>\n

New Years Eve (December 31):<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Many places offer free coffee + \u00a0free rides home to ensure that everyone gets home safely.<\/span><\/p>\n
