MacKenzie-Childs<\/a> is accepting applications for its 2023 MacKenzie-Childs Hands On Scholarship for Design<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company will award four scholarships in the amount of $5,000 each. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MacKenzie-Childs supports this scholarship to encourage individuals to pursue their dreams and develop their abilities in the fields of design and the applied arts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible, applicants must be high school seniors, undergraduate and graduate students who identify as Black and will be pursuing higher education in a U.S. college or university during the 2023-24 academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To apply, eligible students must write an essay of 750 words or more on where they find inspiration for their art and creativity, and how they see that shaping their future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applications must be submitted by June 30, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
