{"id":24001,"date":"2018-05-08T14:21:02","date_gmt":"2018-05-08T18:21:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tun.com\/blog\/?p=24001"},"modified":"2020-05-11T17:07:59","modified_gmt":"2020-05-11T21:07:59","slug":"strive-for-excellence-scholarship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tun.com\/blog\/strive-for-excellence-scholarship\/","title":{"rendered":"Strive for Excellence Scholarship 2018 \u2013 $500 \u2013 Apply by August 29"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Write about what education means to you for a chance to win this scholarship!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">[divider]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Option 1&nbsp;\u2013 Any U.S. resident high school senior who is on track to graduate, and currently holds a minimum 3.0 GPA, who plans to pursue a post-secondary degree after graduation.<\/li>\n<li>Option 2&nbsp;\u2013 Any student currently enrolled in a two-year or four-year post-secondary educational institution.<\/li>\n<li>To be considered, you must also meet these requirements:\n<ul>\n<li>You have earned, or will earn in the 2017-2018 school year, your high school diploma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You have maintained a 3.0 overall GPA (or higher).<\/li>\n<li>You are a U.S. citizen or hold the status of Permanent Resident.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>You must complete all entry fields on the application for the scholarship.<\/li>\n<li>You are required to complete the original essay portion of the application, including both entry fields (see website for further information)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carolinaaccidentattorneys.com\/scholarship\/application.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">scholarship application form<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Write an introduction about yourself in 100-200 words.<\/li>\n<li>Write a short essay in 500-1,000 words about the following topic:&nbsp;<strong>How will attending college help you achieve your future goals?
