Bookmark this page and check back each year!\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[divider]<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Law students with future plans to advance the rights of Latinos should apply for this scholarship!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All law students currently enrolled full time at an accredited United States law school are eligible to apply.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants are evaluated for their academic and extracurricular achievements, for their background and financial need, and, most important, for their demonstrated commitment to advancing Latino civil rights in their careers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fill out the application form on the website.<\/li>\n<li>Attach your current resume.<\/li>\n<li>Write a personal statement of up to 750 words about the topic of your choosing that you think will best convey your strengths. Please include your short and long-term professional aspirations following law school.<\/li>\n<li>Attach one letter of recommendation.<\/li>\n<li>Include transcripts for law school (for applicants who have completed at least one semester of law school) and college (for applicants who are applying to or just enrolled in law school).<\/li>\n<li>Send all application materials to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:lawscholarships@maldef.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lawscholarships@maldef.org<\/a> or by mail, to the following address:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">MALDEF Law School Scholarship Program<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">634 S.
