{"id":22343,"date":"2017-10-11T13:25:39","date_gmt":"2017-10-11T17:25:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tun.com\/blog\/?p=22343"},"modified":"2021-05-21T13:33:16","modified_gmt":"2021-05-21T17:33:16","slug":"apsa-minority-fellowship-program","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tun.com\/blog\/apsa-minority-fellowship-program\/","title":{"rendered":"APSA Minority Fellowship Program &#8211; $4,000 &#8211; Apply Annually by November 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>If you are interested in teaching or researching political science, you can apply for this scholarship!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[divider]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To be considered for a scholarship through the APSA Minority Fellowship Program, candidates must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"parbase section text\">Be a member of one of the following racial\/ethnic minority groups: African Americans, Asian Pacific Americans, Latinos\/as, and Native Americans.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate an interest in teaching and potential for research in political science.<\/li>\n<li>Be a U.S. citizen at the time of application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fill out the online application form, which includes fields for your personal statement, resume, and list of recommenders.<\/li>\n<li>Submit your official transcript via online, email, or mail from each undergraduate or graduate institution attended. Institutions may send transcripts directly to ASPA (postmarked by November 1.)<\/li>\n<li>Submit three letters of recommendation via email or mail that can be mailed directly (postmarked by November 1) to ASPA from the recommender or emailed in by the recommender.<\/li>\n<li>Submit your GRE score report via mail. The APSA ETS code is 3527.
