Why or why not?<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Applicants should submit their responses as an attachment to <a href=\"mailto:zzlscholarship@gmail.com\">zzlscholarship@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0by 06\/01\/2017 at 9AM PST.
