Write about your opinion for a chance to win $1,000!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident of the United States.<\/li>\n<li>Both current college students and incoming freshmen are eligible.<\/li>\n<li>You must have a 2.5 GPA.<\/li>\n<li>Incoming Freshmen must have taken the SAT or ACT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write an essay of 600 to 1,000 words comparing two credible sources: one that is in favor of the argument (that access to the Internet is a right), and one that is against the argument.<\/li>\n<li>Use perma.cc if you choose to use online sources and use MLA citation style for your work.
