Create a unique visual design and you could win $1,000 and more!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>U.S citizen or Permanent Legal Resident.<\/li>\n<li>Incoming freshmen: must be planning to be enrolled as a full-time student\u00a0in an accredited 2-year or 4-year college or university for the Fall 2016 semester. Must have 2.5 minimum GPA, and must have taken either the ACT or SAT test.<\/li>\n<li>Current college student: 2.5 GPA minimum and must be enrolled full-time at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university during the 2016\/2017 school year.<\/li>\n<li>Graduate Student: You must be enrolled in or accepted to an accredited graduate-level program during the 2016\/2017 school year. Be in good standing with a GPA over 3.0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To be considered, all submitted works must be digitally created, and be based in visual communication design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>Visual communication is communication through visual aid and is described as the conveyance of ideas and information in forms that can be read or looked upon. Visual communication in part or whole relies on vision, and is primarily presented or expressed with images. It includes: signs, typography, drawing, graphic design, illustration, Industrial Design, Advertising, Animation color and electronic resources. It also explores the idea that a visual message has a greater power to inform, educate, or persuade a person or audience than text, or text alone.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a design\u00a0to promote something: inform of a cause, advertise a product, show off your talent as an artist&#8211; really, anything.<\/li>\n<li>Upload your design (please provide your highest-res copy, or native file), and 300-word description of your design on\u00a0the\u00a0website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>December 31<\/p>\n<p><strong>Amount:\u00a0<\/strong>$1,000 + the winner and five finalists\u2019 work will be featured in a public gallery on the Influence Print website. The winner will also receive a large-format (up to 96\u00d748 inch) copy of their work, printed on Influence Print&#8217;s state-of-the-art HP\/Scitex HP 700 large format printer or their\u00a0Digital C Lightjet photo printer, printed to the winner\u2019s specification.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Judging Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality of design<\/li>\n<li>Creativity of design<\/li>\n<li>Sharability\u201d and emotion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>This is your chance to be as creative as possible.
