CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your subscription to tun.com at any time. To cancel your subscription, you can either 1) follow the “cancel your subscription” function in the “manage your account” link on the website. Or 2) email Scott@tun.com with “Cancel Subscription at (School Name)” in the subject line. Within the body of the email simply include the name of your business. The membership fee will continue to be charged to your credit card each month until you cancel your subscription with tun.com. You will not be financially responsible for monthly payments beyond the date your cancellation takes effect.
COST AND BILLING: There is no initial setup charge to subscribe to tun.com. When you initially sign up with tun.com, we will request your credit card information through a secure online transaction process. You will then be charged the monthly cost to utilize our services. The actual billing date may vary slightly from month to month. By subscribing to tun.com, you authorize The University Network to automatically charge your credit or debit card the appropriate monthly fee. You agree to provide The University Network with updated credit card account information.
FAILED PAYMENTS: If your credit card payment is declined when
The University Network charges your account we will notify you of the problem
via email. To update or change your credit card account information email Scott@tun.com.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your credit card account information
is valid. To process your tun.com subscription, The University Network requires
complete and accurate information, including but not limited to: credit card
number, credit card expiration date, csc number, and credit card billing address.
